Participate in one track of our Well-Being Training Program:

  1. Personal and Professional Development: Well-Being Coach Certification Track
  2. Personal Development Only: Resilience and Well-Being Track

Well-being is much more than a luxury; our search for meaning, purpose, and well-being is an essential part of what makes us human.

Many people do not have this fundamental need met. If we look at rates of depression, anxiety, and substance-use disorders, this existential need is a factor as big as biology and psychology. It is more important now than ever to support people in their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

This is what Anthropedia Well-Being Coaches do. They are experts in the root causes of well-being and educators for sustainable lifestyle change.

We invite you to participate in our training to develop your own well-being, with the option of also becoming a Well-Being Coach so you can help others do the same. Attend our information session about Anthropedia’s Well-Being Training Program to learn more about this unique opportunity.
