Jonathan Davalos, CSCS, a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the Chambers Center, will discuss the different elements that should be incorporated into a well-rounded fitness plan, such as aerobic exercise, strength training, core exercises, balance training, and stretches for flexibility.
